Who is responsible?
Aaron Berry, Zürich, Switzerland, is responsible for the personal information collected for coaching and other enquiries through this website. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact form. This notice concerns this website and its enquiry process and is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
When you contact me
The contact form asks for your name, email address, service of interest, preferred location and message. I use these details to respond, discuss your request and arrange any agreed services. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list or create a booking.
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive health information through this form. If information about your health is needed for coaching, we will discuss how to provide it separately.
Form and email services
The form sends your information to Formspree, Inc., which processes and stores submissions and delivers them to my Gmail inbox. Formspree also handles technical information such as IP addresses and browser details for service operation and abuse prevention. It uses infrastructure in the United States. Google processes the messages received and sent through Gmail. See Google’s privacy policy.
Website hosting
This website is hosted through OpenAI’s Sites service using Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering and protecting the pages involves technical request data, including your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. The hosting providers handle this information for delivery, security and operation of their services. See OpenAI’s privacy information and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Processing outside Switzerland
The services above use international infrastructure, including in the United States. Your enquiry and technical data are therefore not limited to storage or processing in Switzerland. The providers’ linked notices describe their international processing and transfer protections. Contact me before submitting information if you need further details about a provider or transfer.
Cookies and external links
I have not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts, embedded social feeds, maps or marketing cookies to these pages. Photos and fonts are served with the site. Hosting and security services can process technical information independently of the page code.
Links to Instagram, studios, races and fundraising websites take you to separate services. Those sites apply their own privacy notices when you visit them. Class bookings and donations are handled on those external sites, not through this website.
Keeping and protecting information
Enquiry correspondence is kept for handling your request and relevant follow-up. Where it becomes part of a client relationship, it is kept for administering that relationship and applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. Deletion depends on those purposes and obligations; no automatic deletion period is promised. Providers also apply their own retention rules to technical logs and backups.
The website and form use HTTPS to protect information in transit. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
You can contact me to request access to your personal information, correction or deletion, and to raise an objection or request a copy where applicable. Requests are subject to legal requirements and exceptions, and I may need to verify your identity. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
